Champion Ballroom was represented by intructor Cailin Foster with her student, Dr. John Larsen, at the 2009 Wisconsin State Dance Championships in April.

They competed in the International Latin and Standard Bronze and Silver divisions, taking 1st, 2nd and 3rds. Congratulation John and Caitlin!
