Formation Dance Teams

Why not dance on one of Champion Ballroom’s ballroom and Latin Formation Teams?

Formation teams offer dance students an exciting opportunity to join with other hobby dancers to experience performing and competition. Formations usually include several dances, thus expanding your knowledge of the dances. It keeps you in shape (or gets you in shape!) too! Also, the cost of formation practice is not much more than group classes.

Champion Ballroom currently has two formation teams:

Ladies Latin Performance Team
Champion Ballroom Dance Sport Formation Team

Ladies Latin Performance Team

As you guessed, this is a ‘ladies only’ team. Not all ladies have partners so this team is a wonderful opportunity to express all the styling and technique in the Latin dances. You will enjoy the creativity dancing solo offers in this formation team. LLPT is taught by Caitlin Foster.

Champion Ballroom Dance Sport Formation Team

This team is for couple’s Latin dancing. This is also another way to develop partnership skills along with styling and technique. This team is lead by Jennifer Foster.
