The Foxtrot is a very easy dance for beginners. It was introduced in 1913 from a Vaudevillian named Harry Fox. It can be danced to a variety of tempos and teaches novice dancers how to maneuver in a crowd while being able to carry on a conversation!
The Foxtrot is a very smooth dance with forward and back walks, and side steps. Many wedding couples will choose the Foxtrot for their first dance. Many people picture Fred and Ginger when thinking about the Foxtrot.
