How to look at our class schedule, and schedule your lessons If you purchased a Groupon or Amazon voucher, you will find more information on our group classes see our group class page. Or, please use the 'Schedule Now' button below and click on 'Classes'. Here's what to do; 1. Please bring a copy of your voucher to your first lesson. 2. Please let us know what voucher you have when signing up for classes. We recommend that you schedule your group classes first, to get started, unless you are preparing for a wedding or a special event, in which we recommend scheduling your private first. You do not need to pay anything for the classes that are included from your voucher. 'Services' are where you'll find privates, and 'Classes' are where you'll find group classes. Cancellations Please note that class cancellations MUST be made at least 2 hours before the start of thegroup class, otherwise you will be charged for that class. You may leave a message on the phone or you may remove the class yourself through the online scheduler. Classes that are not removed 2 hours before will not be able to be removed and will automatically charge against your account. If you have an emergency or illness, please call 952-934-2160 What to do if your voucher is about to expireAll classes must be used before the date of expiration on your voucher. If you purchase a group or private lesson package before the expiration, we will gladly add the unused lessons from your voucher to your package, and they will be good for 1 year from the purchase date of your new package. What to do if your voucher has already expiredYou can use the original purchase price from the unused voucher toward the purchase of a a new package of lessons. The lessons may either be a Group package or a Private lesson package. |
