Bret Olseth

Bret is a newcomer to ballroom dancing, but he has been inspired by his future wife, Marie Casey, who is one of Champion Ballroom’s former students from 10 years ago! (Marie is currently a psychiatry resident at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics.) Bret wanted to learn to dance because Marie loved dancing so much. It was quite by accident that he found Champion Ballroom and the Fosters, but when he told Marie, she was very excited that Bret had coincidently found her former dance teachers!

Bret is working several times a week with Caitlin Foster. Bret’s goals include dancing at his wedding and dancing competitively with Marie when she returns to Minnesota after her residency.

Bret has also been instrumental in creating Champion Ballrooms’ new website and sign! Thanks Bret!
